Building permit obtained for 2 duplexes!!!

I am happy for my clients, who obtained the long-awaited building permit for their project after only 3 months of processing time. The special feature of the task set was the insertion into the unplanned inner area according to § 34 BauGB.

The undeveloped inner area is regulated in § 34 BauGB and is present if there is no development plan, but a contextually built-up district exists.
