Building permit granted for an house annex in Cologne!

I am delighted for my client, who can start the new year with good news. The building permit for the planned house extension was granted after a processing time of approx. 2 months.

P.S.: the visualisation here shows a slightly different version of the house extension with more window area than actually planned.
